Yoga has now been part of Sue's life for over 8 years.
Her asana practice began in the hot room but she has since expanded the style of yoga she practices to include a peaceful calming gentle practice and all places in between.
Sue sees teaching as a natural progression of her own yoga journey and practice and wants to share her passion and enthusiasm about the physical and health benefits. Her classes are hatha based with a focus on alignment combined with a sense of fun and inspiration to help deepen your practice.
Passionate about the benefits of Pilates practice, Naomi is particularly interested in how it helps us to maintain an active lifestyle without having to live with persistent or niggling injuries.
From personal experience, Pilates has helped Naomi to overcome imbalances and injuries that resulted from running.
A teacher in Classical Pilates she is committed to continual professional development with the Advanced Teacher Training Program from The Pilates Centre.
Lucy undertook a Yoga Alliance 200 hours RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) course in 2014 after having her second child.
She focuses on connecting asana (posture) with pranayana (breath control) and postures.
Her aim is to design and adapt classes according to the needs of individual students building strength and flexibility in the body. The modern world can be stressful and yoga is a great tool to help better understand body and mind leaving you with a sense of wellbeing and calm. Lucy’s love of yoga inspires her teaching and passion to share her experiences with others.

Yana is a yoga teacher and humanitarian who is dedicated to spreading light around the world through service and yoga. As many of others her love to yoga started with Asana practice more than 10 years ago. Her desire to help vulnerable started with supporting orphanages in Ukraine where she is originally from.
Her dedication to yoga as a practice shines through in her signature classes, which blend an invigorating flow with a clear alignment instruction on foundational basics of asanas and blending with strength and flexibility. Yana loves helping practitioners discover the range of their abilities.
Beyond the physical practice, she enjoys teaching ways to integrate the mind-body connection into daily life whether you are a curious beginner or a serious student.
Jackie has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for the past 20 years achieving senior teacher status with the Yoga Alliance.
Her classes are warm & welcoming, inviting to everyone regardless of age, size or level of fitness and completely open to beginners.
Having her own issues with back disk degeneration she has become qualified in myofascial release, often incorporating ball & foam-rolling techniques into her classes & workshops. She has over 150 hours training in Yin Yoga and has studied with Yoga extraordinaire Paul Grilley & Joe Phee.
As a sound therapist Jackie is very passionate about sound & the healing effects of sound within the body, hosting live events & teaching the positivity of sound.
Sarah started her yoga journey in 2000 when she found a class which fitted around her new baby girl’s routine.
Soon in love with the calm tranquil Hatha class, Sarah started to build stamina and strength in her practice. She also noticed that it helped fix her stress levels and made her a far nicer person and a much better mummy to her then young family!
Since her Vinyasa teacher training with Jason Crandell (2014) at Triyoga, Sarah has since trained in other various styles teaching Yin, Restorative, Anusara, Yoga Nidra and Menopause Yoga.
Polly has many years of experience in theater, creative arts & teaching.
Trained in Checcetti method ballet, Contemporary Dance and a teacher in theatrical direction & production. Polly was also the Head of Ballet in a prestigious local drama schools.
Her passion lies in teaching and bringing people enjoyment through dance no matter their age or ability - as long as they are enjoying it and feeling good about themselves.
BalletBeFit is an excellent fusion of dance technique, grace & poise with fitness to sculpt and tone the body.
