We are delighted to announce the re-opening of our studio and invite you to an open weekend on the 1st & 2nd august.

We have a variety of taster classes on offer all day for just £6

Due to Covid restrictions we require all sessions to be pre-booked.

Saturday 1st August

Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa flow is a stronger and more dynamic style of Yoga. It is highly effective for strengthening, toning and conditioning the body.

Mandala Yoga - A typical mandala class is a strong, dynamic vinyasa practice where we move around the mat in a spiralling shape, linking breath and movement.

Hatha Flow - Hatha flow builds strength, endurance, mobility, balance and flexibility. Using the breath along side the movement releases tension and tightness which induces a great feeling physically, mentally, emotional and spiritually.

Beginner Hatha Yoga - The beginner yoga class is suitable for anyone and especially for those new to yoga, returning to Yoga or recovering from an illness or injury. It is also good if you would like to gain more confidence in your technique, breathing or posture.

Strong Hatha Yoga - is a dynamic and powerful hatha class which is especially for those who have practicing yoga for some time.

Restorative Hatha - is both nurturing and relaxing. It is particularly effective for increasing flexibility and releasing stress. It helps the body to let go and relax, it promotes healing on all levels.

Sunday 2nd August

Traditional Yoga - Traditionally Yoga was used to prepare the body for meditation and is a less physical class focusing on the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the human experience.

Mantra, Movement & Meditation - Using movement mantra and meditation as a way of promoting a sense of peace, calmness and well-being. It is very gentle and suitable for everyone.

Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga works with connective tissue, tendons, fascia and ligaments. Yin Yoga is deeply relaxing and releasing. It promotes overall health and well-being.

Gong Bath - Following the principle that everything is energy, frequency, vibration, this sound journey is an invitation to awaken the senses, enabling the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual balance of our being.

Classical Pilates - This class follows the method and the spirit of the classical Pilates exercises. With a focus on both the exercises and transitions between them we maintain a flow thereby building stamina and endurance in addition to full body conditioning.

Taster in Pilates - Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on working the core. It will help to improve posture, balance, flexibility, general fitness and well-being.

Ballet Barre - A hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes will incorporate the use of our barre with ballet moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.

Beginners Balletfi - Balletfit is based on ballet, yoga and Pilates, designed to help improve coordination, posture and flexibility.
