Personal Coach

You get me as your coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way to motivate and assist you on your journey.  From daily check ins to weekly chats, challenges, motivation and to always be on hand with any questions or struggles.

Not only this but you get access to an incredible online library with hundreds of workouts that you can stream from your computer, phone, tablet, or TV whenever suits you.

Yoga, Fitness & Meditation

There's an incredible variety of Yoga, Barre, Hitt, Running, Barre, Strength, Pilates, Meditations and more. New programmes are released regularly too which keeps things fun and fresh! With your access, you are the first to know about any new launches!  Do not think it’s all about crazy workouts, the holistic programs are absolutely lovely.

These workouts have been a true game changer for me and so many women! The structure, flexibility and convenience are how I have been able to stick to my fitness journey and remain committed!


We follow a simple portion control system that is associated with each program. YOU are deciding what you want to eat based on the foods you like. This lifestyle choice will help create healthier habits & educate you the amount of what you should be eating every day and create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.


Our community of likeminded women who will be right by your side every step of the way, all at different stages and abilities in their journeys and is such a powerful motivation tool.

You'll have access to our monthly Virtual boot camp groups which is where we share motivation, recipes, check-ins, challenges and go live to chat about all things fitness, nutrition and LIFE!! You’ll meet lots of likeminded gals in my group and make friends for life and lifestyle.

This is where the magic happens! We will work together to help you change your mindset with 15 minutes daily personal development to address insecurities, negativity and build your confidence and get you to the woman you want to be!
