A regular Yin practice releases fascia and improves joint mobility, balances the internal organs and improves the flow of Qi or prana, increases circulation, improves flexibility, reduces stress and anxiety and calms and balances the mind and body.

This Autumn Equinox Yin workshop begins with poses stimulating the stomach spleen meridian (related to the earth element) which connects seasonally to the Indian summer and then transitions to poses stimulating the lung meridian (related to the metal element) which connects us to autumn, Leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity and balance, preparing you for the colder months ahead.

Please bring your mat, 2 x blankets and 2x cushions for comfort.
