Her workshops draw ceremony, ritual, meditation, art and creative play into a rich tapestry that nourishes innate creativity and gives expression to the soul. Through her work, she seeks to open people to a deeper sense of connection: to themselves, to one another, to life, and to the world around us.

Who are you, really? What are you longing for? What makes your heart sing? What are you deepest truths? In this season of gift-giving, this workshop will be an opportunity to gift yourself with the most precious gift of all – your own presence. Drawing on meditation and movement practice, we will explore these questions, and how to give expression to them in paint, through the colour, shape and form – creating an abstract soul portrait that you can take home with you.

No previous experience of painting required, all materials will be supplied.
