This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore body sustainability for maintaining a healthy body through SMR self myofascial release with the aid of foam rollers and ball therapy. this weeks we will focus on Neck shoulders upper back lower back.

Bodyrolling is a powerful and profound self-fixing and maintaining tool created by Jackie – a master teacher and healer who has dedicated her life to understanding how the body works and to helping others to create positive change in their bodies.
