Her workshops draw ceremony, ritual, meditation, art and creative play into a rich tapestry that nourishes innate creativity and gives expression to the soul. Through her work, she seeks to open people to a deeper sense of connection: to themselves, to one another, to life, and to the world around us.

During this workshop, we will begin to bust a few myths about creativity, reconnect to our creative source, and explore what happens when we get more interested in the process than the finished result. A day of creative play, painting and meditation that will inspire, restore and nourish your soul.

No previous experience of painting required, all materials will be provided.
